The Root Cafe is a local restaurant in Little Rock, Arkansas that builds in the community through local food as well as using ingredients from local suppliers. This local restaurant has many selections that are not only interesting but will satisfy your hunger with a healthy selection. The basic cheeseburger was fresh and light, unlike other heavy burgers I've had before. The burger toppings were a local spring mix salad mix with tomato( seasonal), grilled onion, dill pickles, dijon mustard, and their house garlic mayo. Bitting into the burgers caused it to slide across the bun a bit however the taste was epic.
The burger was not complete until we had a side of their house fries with a ginger-flavored lemonade. If you're ever passing through Little Rock, Arkansas near the state capital, please make a stop here and try their food. You'll not only leave with good service but your experience will be fulfilling.
